Biography: Originally a Midwesterner, who grew up in the Chicago suburb of Naperville, I moved to Louisville 20 years ago when my husband, Randy, was transferred here. Together we raised 3 children: Gina, Adam and Alex, now all in their twenties. I have been an active member of Epiphany during those years including Co-Chairing the Environmental Committee, Social Responsibility Committee, Marriage Enrichment Group, Hunger & Poverty Committee, Neighborhood Visitor Program, Bibletimes Marketplace, Berrytown Tutoring Program, ESL in Shelbyville, Bread Baking & Coffee Cup Committees and many other church activities and community-wide events. Being a scratch cook for my family and friends for the past 30 years has given me experiences to step into the position of Epiphany Cook/Housekeeper. I cook for the staff and volunteers as I do for my family... feeding them a diet of fresh & healthy simple foods.
