Biography: My name is Fr. Jeff Nicolas and I have been a priest for the Archdiocese of Louisville for fifteen years. As pastor I work collaboratively with parish leadership to ensure the sanctification (worship), teaching (formation), and governance (management) of Epiphany parish. I hold degrees in various fields: Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from St. Meinrad College, Master’s in Catholic Thought from St. Meinrad Theology School, Master’s in Divinity from St. Meinrad Theology School, Master’s in Homiletics from Vanderbilt Divinity School, and currently am working on a Doctorate in preaching from Aquinas Institute at St. Louis University. My journey as a priest has taken me to Okinawa, Japan and Meridian, Mississippi as a Navy chaplain. And it has taken me as a pastor first to St. Lawrence and now to Epiphany Parish. The Navy’s old slogan was "Join the Adventure" and I have found this to be (and continues to be) true of priesthood!
