Epiphany recently bade farewell to Epiphany’s part-time maintenance man, Dick Leonard, and wished him life's best. Dick came on board in 2003 to assist Maintenance Manager, Ray Hilbert. Ray and Dick have been an incredible team: talented, energetic, and always willing to help. You could say they exemplify "service with a smile" as they perform their daily tasks.
The staff celebrated Dick's retirement with a luncheon at Epiphany House, complete with good food, fortune cookies, and a specially compiled CD of country music. Dick, with his keen sense of humor, has brought many a smile to both staff and parishioners with his ready jokes and quick wit. We wish him God’s blessings as he and his wife, Mona, begin retirement.
Meantime, Ray is busy as ever with keeping up with all the details and special requests that his job requires. Give him a word of thanks when you see him. He will be especially busy these days until a replacement is hired.
