Compassionate Acts Revealed!
This is an act of compassion that was observed by a member of our community this Lent. Perhaps you have seen other such signs of compassion or been moved to act in a compassionate way this Lent. Let us pass on this sign of God’s life.
Home health aides who work with me are not the highest paid employees, yet they frequently purchase toiletries for our patients in low income areas. One has purchased a shower curtain and rod for a patient’s family. When another arrives to bathe a home-bound patient, she also brings a meal for the woman, whose family is inattentive.
