NEW in 2010: Parish Guide Book

DirectoryThe Epiphany Stewardship Committee is excited to announce that we contracted Guide Book Publishing to publish a Guide Book & Directory for our parish! This will be updated and delivered directly to your homes annually. The Book will include an explanation of each standing committee, Administration/Finance, Community Care, Formation, parish Life, Social Responsibility, Stewardship and Worship as well as list our membership.

Epiphany’s Guide Book will include the names, email and street addresses, and phone numbers of our adult parishioners. We understand that some may choose to omit some, or even all of this information. If so, please email Bobbe Moutray by August 9, 2010 with your request.

Have you changed your email address since giving it to the Epiphany office? What about your phone number? Perhaps you now use your cell exclusively and no longer have a land line. Did you notify the office with your updated information? If anything has changed and you did not notify Epiphany, please do so by August 9th. Simply email Bobbe with the correct information.

Who pays? The Guide Book is provided at no cost to Epiphany. Just as Diocesan Publications, Inc. does for our bulletin, Guide Book Publishing will solicit local businesses to advertise in the book. The advertising covers the cost of the Parish Guide Book. If you own or manage a business and would like to be contacted about advertising in our book, please send your name, the name and contact information of your company or business to Therese.

Recent survey results by Guide Book Publishing show that 92.1% of families would rather patronize a Guide Book & Directory advertiser over a non-advertiser. It “will pay” to advertise in our new Guide Book & Directory.

Update Membership Information

Here is your chance to update YOUR record for our annual Guide Book & Directory (if you haven’t already done so).

It is time for us to update our database with any changes, additions, or deletions that may have occurred in YOUR family over the past year.

Have you changed your phone number? Have you moved? Are you preparing to move soon? Are all of your children still at home and are they all included in your membership record? Do you want your record published?

If you have not already informed the Church Office about changes to your record, please let us know now so that the information in the Guide Book & Directory is correct.
